About the Y

Our health and fitness centers offer a variety of services, such as:

  • Fitness and Conditioning: Focus on your health and wellness in modern facilities that include free weights, cardio equipment, gyms and more.
  • Aquatics: for all of your water-based fitness needs! Splash and play, jump into an Aquafit class or build on your stroke skills in our nationally recognized swimming lessons.
  • Fitness Classes: Keep fit and have fun with our wide range of group fitness classes, including yoga, MOSSA Group Power, cyclefit and more!
  • Sports and Recreation: Join a team, learn something new, and stay active in a variety of dance programs, sports such as basketball, volleyball and floor hockey and a wide range of activities for the entire family.
